We are so confident that you will be more than satisfied with the exquisite sonic and aesthetic quality that your stand brings to your audio equipment, you will find it difficult to be without. If, however, you are not, then you can return it and the purchase price will be refunded in full! (cost of postage and taxes not included)

The following conditions apply
The trail period is activated for stands purchased directly from the Lybracoustic online shop within the dates of the promotion and where the customer has requested it.
Before shipping the product the customer must contact Lybracoustics customer service (support@lybracoustics.com) to communicate the intention to return the product.
In order to proceed with the return and refund, the customer must provide copies of the online proof of purchase within the valid dates of the promotion requested.
The offer is only applicable to stands purchased directly from our online shop within the offer period by the original purchaser and no other parties.
All shipping costs will be met by the customer, recorded delivery is advisable to ensure secure consignment. Lybracoustics will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit to returned goods.
The product must be returned in the good condition, in its original case, outer box and all accessories. All contents must be returned in the same pristine condition as when first sent from Lybracoustics.
Upon arrival of the stand, Lybracoustics reserves the right to check the condition of the stand. In case of any problems, the customer will be contacted within 1 days.
If the stand and accessories are found to be in good condition Lybracoustics will notify the customer and a refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
